Besides all the hype you hear about these homes, it has been a tradition in my family to go on the tour since we moved to Utah. I have been talking up the St George Parade of Homes to Chris since we first started dating and this was the year he finally got his first taste of all these unique homes. At the Red Cliffs Mall center court and Lin’s Marketplace locations.
A portion of each ticket sale is given back to the community through the Southern Utah Home Builders Care Foundation, which contributes to local charities and education scholarships. As patrons exit each home, various booths will provide the latest in-home products and related services. Many of the homes have already been sold, however some are still available for sale for any patrons that would like to own a parade home.

Personally, I think the article is relevant to our area and nice to see what is happening in our community. Many don’t even realize the Parade of Homes is going to take place, especially new and coming citizens. The parade has long been known as one of the best managed parades in the industry, now that effort has been formally recognized. I purchase tickets for all past clients who will attend.
It also serves to make our community one of the most beautiful and modern in the nation. Back by popular demand is the St. George Area Parade of Homes app! You will be able to preview the homes from your mobile phone or tablet, navigate to your favorite Parade homes, use an e-ticket, find restaurants and building professionals and much more! Download the official St. George Area Parade of Homes app on Google Play Store and the App Store in February. When you purchase your ticket you will receive the magazine which contains the map/home addresses. If you purchase your ticket on-line, you will be instructed how to obtain the map/addresses.
SUHBA’s – 2018 St George Area Parade of Homes
The St. George Area Parade of Homes provides a mobile app for Android and Apple devices. The free app allows attendees to preview homes and floor plans, navigate to the parade homes, access an e-ticket, view a list of building professionals, and save notes and photos of favorite homes. Early in my career while living in Cedar City Utah I was a part of ICHBA . As the chairman of the membership committee, I learned firsthand how vital the building industry is to Cedar City, St George, and all of Southern Utah. New home construction produces thousands of jobs and millions of dollars in revenue for our local economy every year.
Tickets to the event are on sale now online for $15 each, everyone three years old and older must purchase a ticket. Starting February 15th, tickets will be for sale at Red Cliffs Mall or Lin’s Markets. You must purchase tickets in advance, as no tickets will be for sale at the homes. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, a map with the addresses of the houses will be emailed to you.
Tour New Construction on St. George Real Estate and Meet the Area’s Best Builders
The 2018 Parade of Homes was once again a major event in the city of St. George. From February 16 to 25, tens of thousands of paradegoers were drawn to our sunny town to tour 28 of the newest, most spectacular homes St. George has to offer. Among the multimillion-dollar properties on display was Admirations, SunRiver’s contribution to this year’s parade. Built and designed exclusively by SunRiver Construction, the Admirations home provides a breathtakingly one-of-a-kind panoramic view of the St. George Valley and Pine Valley Mountain.
This home is as unique as they come and if you’re anything like my husband all odd angles in each room might drive you bonkers. However non-normal this house may be it was still spectacular in its own right.

The custom home is also a perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living, with a serene courtyard and astounding pool unlike any in the SunRiver community. Bring the e-ticket to any Parade home and you will receive a magazine and ticket lanyard. Maps and addresses will be available on-line, beginning February 18th to anyone who has purchased a ticket on-line. More information is included when you purchase an on-line ticket.
Please do not take my pictures or artwork and use them as your own, they are my property and copyrighted. If possible, have the photographer to come back during evening hours to shoot and further play up the character and personality of the home. Professional staging with professional photos make a home a true stand out, creating those ooh and ahh moments at every turn. Living on the lava rocks isn’t for everyone and especially not for the weak at heart.
This week Heritage Reverse Mortgage joined SUHBA just in time for the St George Area Parade of homes. New home construction is a vital piece of every economy and we’re excited to be involved with one of the premier home builder associations in the state of Utah. The drive out there is spectacular and typically the homes are too.

If I could describe this house in three words I would say, Modern, Views and Rust. Don’t be fooled by the “rust” there is a rusted gate at the front entry that I was swooning over. Although, I may not actually see myself living in this house, I still loved discovering all unique angles and vistas each room had to offer. Each day of the parade except Feb. 25, when homes will close at 5 p.m. 2018 St. George Area Parade of Homes scheduled for February 16-25, 2018. Twenty-eight spectacular new homes will be on display throughout beautiful Southern Utah, including St. George, Washington, Ivins, and Hurricane.
We’re once again approaching the St. George Parade of Homes a.k.a the grand tour of all the newest and best homes recently built. It allows builders and home owners a chance to show off their creations to the general public, while helping to introduce people to new builders, styles, and the latest trends . The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour offering an opportunity for established, prospective residents and visitors to see what is new and innovative in the home building industry. Exhibitors will be located in the garages of the homes displaying the latest home products and related services. The Parade of Homes should be an excellent one this year as the southern Utah market is recovering and is nearing the pre-recession highs.
