Tickets to the event are on sale now online for $15 each, everyone three years old and older must purchase a ticket. Starting February 15th, tickets will be for sale at Red Cliffs Mall or Lin’s Markets. You must purchase tickets in advance, as no tickets will be for sale at the homes. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, a map with the addresses of the houses will be emailed to you.
TheAnnual St. George Area Parade of Homesdraws a vast crowd of approximately 35,000+ and is the largest of its kind in the state of Utah. Marie Osmond's home is a crowd favorite and the most viewed, ever in the history of the event. Furniture should be house specific, larger furniture for a larger living space...smaller for a smaller living space. Most of the homes are for sale and showing a home in it's best light can emotionally draw in a potential buyer, accomplishing the sales goal in a short amount of time.

On the tour, you may pick up a magazine with a map of the homes, magazines are stocked at each home, so you do not have to view the homes in order. The 28 new homes will be open every day during the Parade of Homes St George, from 10 a.m. Wear shoes that are comfortable and easy to remove, as you will need to remove them in each home .

This home is as unique as they come and if you’re anything like my husband all odd angles in each room might drive you bonkers. However non-normal this house may be it was still spectacular in its own right.
Financing remains fairly cheap and as more people build custom homes the level of finish and detail should amaze us again this year. Another great payoff when advertising/marketing a home is bringing apro-photographerin to take pictures and add 3-D technology. Every new home deserves to be shown at its finest and professionals know how to truly show off rich, vibrant tones, beautiful decor, ambiance lighting. The name says it all, the views from this house are incredible, but what I loved the most is the light this house held. Each room, each nook, each shower even had well placed windows that lit the entire space with a dramatic red rock back drop. Striker 4, They are bored; hateful people have to comment on every single little thing.
Southern Utah Prepares for St. George Parade of Homes 2018
Personally, I think the article is relevant to our area and nice to see what is happening in our community. Many don’t even realize the Parade of Homes is going to take place, especially new and coming citizens. The parade has long been known as one of the best managed parades in the industry, now that effort has been formally recognized. I purchase tickets for all past clients who will attend.
Preview videos of the building process have been posted on the parade Facebook page over the past two months, allowing the public to get a taste of what each home has to offer prior to opening. Clear skies and sunshine are expected for opening weekend of the parade where thousands will tour each home. A specific route is published by the association for all participants to make the travel from home to home simple. This year’s parade will run through Feb. 25 and feature 28 homes throughout the St. George area.
If I could describe this house in three words I would say, Modern, Views and Rust. Don’t be fooled by the “rust” there is a rusted gate at the front entry that I was swooning over. Although, I may not actually see myself living in this house, I still loved discovering all unique angles and vistas each room had to offer. Each day of the parade except Feb. 25, when homes will close at 5 p.m. 2018 St. George Area Parade of Homes scheduled for February 16-25, 2018. Twenty-eight spectacular new homes will be on display throughout beautiful Southern Utah, including St. George, Washington, Ivins, and Hurricane.
Children three years and older are required to have a ticket. According to a report by ERA Brokers Consolidated from Nov. 2016-Nov.2017 the median home price in Washington County has increased by 12% year-over-year, with the inventory of homes falling by 18.8%. This means home prices are rising at around 1% per month, while the inventory of homes is now about to dip below a three month supply. St. George, Utahdowntown area within several blocks. Some of the pieces are for sale while others have been purchased by the city of St. George. The drive out there is spectacular and typically the homes are too.

Due to our crazy work schedules we were only able to make a quick weekend trip down to St. George which meant we had to pick and choose which homes we went to. We decided to stick to homes 1-9 and since they were all grouped together, which meant…we went to Kayenta and Entrada!! As you’ll see below, our pictures this year are of mostly modern desert homes amidst the red rocks and lava fields. Every February around President’s day, the Southern Utah city of St. George is inundated with visitors from all over to go to the St George Parade of Homes.
The 2018 Parade of Homes was once again a major event in the city of St. George. From February 16 to 25, tens of thousands of paradegoers were drawn to our sunny town to tour 28 of the newest, most spectacular homes St. George has to offer. Among the multimillion-dollar properties on display was Admirations, SunRiver’s contribution to this year’s parade. Built and designed exclusively by SunRiver Construction, the Admirations home provides a breathtakingly one-of-a-kind panoramic view of the St. George Valley and Pine Valley Mountain.
